Sober in Cyber Discord Server Launch

It's official! The Sober in Cyber Discord server has launched. 🎉 While our in-person events are open to ALL (sober, sober-curious, supporters, etc.), we prefer the Discord server to be reserved strictly for sober/alcohol-free individuals who work in the cybersecurity industry.

Within the sobriety/recovery community (similar to the ethical hacker community), there are varying levels of preferred anonymity. While we love and appreciate our support humans, the Discord server should be a place where sober individuals can feel safe to share their celebrations AND their struggles.

There will be separate channels on the server where members can discuss upcoming events, sobriety resources, recipes, and even share pictures of their family pets. We hope the server becomes a helpful resource for those within our community who are seeking professional networking opportunities with other sober individuals.
